  • Will I receive a quality product from THE BRIDES GOWN?
    As a trusted brand since 2011 and a registered business we are No-1 in Whole Sale Distribution and tailoring for all Top Retails Stores and Bridal Boutiques across Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala. Hence, we adhere to strict quality and design benchmarks. Every product from THE BRIDES GOWN goes through a 5 step Quality Control process to ensure that you receive the best Quality product. We always believe that “Customer satisfaction is the absolute key to Success. Hence, Customer Satisfaction is our High and only Priority.
  • How can I provide my Measurement?
    Measurements can be provided directly by visiting our Business and if you are located nearby we can even visit you by offering a " Free Door Step Consultation" on request For our Out Station Clients: Measurements can be taken via Live Video Conference. All you will need is a simple measuring tape and you would require someone to help take the measurement for you with our Live Guidance and help on Video. 95% of our customers provide their measurements on video conference only.
  • Can I share my own Design?
    Yes 100%, We are Custom-Designers and all are Gowns can be customized and Tailored as per your own choice. You can also share your own design via any photos to us to get the same Custom-Design fit. You can attach any inspirational photos of your dream Wedding Dress. Attach a photo of a dress you tried in at a showroom with amendments needed, or any dress you love but want in different colors or details!We will use your photos to create something unique just for you and not a replica.You can SKETCH your design too !! To send us your design please upload the pic in the "Upload Your Own Design" page. Details like Color & Fabric Quality would be shared to you before we start tailoring the Gown and only after we get your confirmation then only we would commence our work. For our out station clients - Fabric color & Fabric quality will be shared via photos or videos.
  • How can I pay?
    Payments can be made 100% directly on our website in case if the customer wants to pay only 50% the initial payment and the remaining 50% later. Yes, it is possible we will also accept a 50% initial payment at first and once the Tailoring is done for the Product then you can pay the remaining 50% before we can ship the product or deliver the product. Purchases can be made online directly on our Website. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, GPay, Paytm, Cheques, Direct Bank Transfers and Direct Cash Payments.   • Can I pay only a 50% advance amount at first?
    Yes, we accept a 50% initial payment at first and then you can pay the remaining 50% balance invoice amount before we ship the product to you. To pay only a 50% advance amount please follow the below steps: Step 1 : Please insert code " ADVANCEPAYMENT50%" in the Enter a promo code box at the check out page. Step 2 : Click on Apply Step 3 : Check the price change to 50%. Step 4 : Proceed with payment. You will receive an immediate invoice acknowledgment from us.
  • Will I get an acknowledment for my Payment?
    Yes 100% - Purchase Invoice Bill copies would be sent immediately to you via Email and SMS acknowledging your online payment or offline payment. Hard Copies of an Invoice bill can also be sent on request.
  • In how many days will I get my product?
    We require 20-25 days to design and tailor a Wedding Gown. We require 20 days to design and tailor a Designer Gown. After the tailoring is complete the product usually takes 3-8 business days for the shipment to reach you. We would be constantly be in touch with you before and after shipping until the product reaches you.
  • Can I get a Free Home Delivery?
    Yes 100 %, All our deliveries are made absolutely free delivered directly to your home or office.
  • How will you deliver my product?
    THE BRIDES GOWN is committed to deliver your order in the best possible safe way using the top best logistics in town. We try our hardest to ensure that we provide the most efficient dispatch and make sure that your goods reach you safe and as swiftly as possible.​ Depending over your location we will choose the best logistics that could deliver in your area. Delivery time takes 4 - 8 Business days
  • How about a Refund?
    If the customer has made a payment in full 100% towards the purchase and if the product has been delivered to the customer and if the customer is not satisfied with the product, then we would try to offer an alternate solution to help rectify the issue. And if still the customer requests for a refund then the customer must immediately book the product for return shipping within 24 hours from the time of the product been delivered to the customer. The customer must share the receipt of the booking via email or whatsapp or sms within 24 hours. Shipping charges would be returned back to the customer for their Return Shipping. Return Shipping from Customer : If the product is found Tampered or Color Stained or Damaged or if the product is not booked for return shipping on time within 24 hours from the time of the product been delivered to the customer and if the product still reaches us it would be reshipped back to the customer and no refund would be issued to the customer. Refunds provided for the cancelled order accepted by THE BRIDES GOWN will take a maximum of 10 business days after charging a 5% cancellation fee. Refund amount : If the customer had paid the full amount 100% of the invoice bill value 50% of the invoice amount would be returned back after deduction of labour and fabric cost within 7 business days same way as the original mode of payment made. ​ If the customer had paid only 50% of the invoice value as an initial payment. Then we would still deduct labour and fabric charges if the work has already been commenced. (24 Hours after the purchase invoice time) If the purchase has been made for any order we take 24 hours time to commence work on the product. If the customer plans for a cancellation then the customer needs to contact us immediately within 24 hours via direct call or mail or WhatsApp or SMS. Failing to do so the fabric and labour charges would be added.
  • How can I cancel an order?
    Please call us within 24 hours of your order with the same mobile number used for ordering. Once an order is received, we commence work within 24 hours . An order cannot be cancelled once the work has been commenced from our end after 24 hours from the order time. Refunds provided for the cancelled order accepted by THE BRIDES GOWN will take a maximum of 10 business days after charging a 5% cancellation fee.
